Fantastic boxing gym, highly recommended for anyone who wants to try boxing! I decided to sign up right after my trial lesson. Alec is very patient and nice, he explains things over and over again to make sure all the members know the right way to do the moves. Although I’m just very beginner level, I’m already enjoying it a lot. Great vibes here as well, this is definitely a gym that I would like to stay with for long term.
Whippany is a great gym. The whole staff is very supportive and Alec is an experienced fighter. So you know that when you come here you will learn to fight. Highly recommend.
My family had enjoyed all the lessons at Whippany boxing. Alec is super technical and patient. Teaching is a different animal and its surprising to see Alec as a pro fighter who inspires beginners like us. The work out strengthens our cardio, core and body coordination, which is perfect for people who sits in front of computer all day.
I know nothing about boxing, but I knew I wanted to learn. I took a trial class at Whippany Boxing and I found the instructor to be both patient and understanding. Not only did he know what he was doing, but he was also really good at explaining it. I soon discovered their prices were very competitive and signed up for more classes. I love that they didn’t try to pressure me into a long term contract.
